Start with the $30 Hourly Consult or $85 Cold-Eye Review. Most artists we work with started there, not with a full rebrand. Scale up only when it makes sense for where you and your business are at.
No. If your work genuinely spans multiple disciplines, we're not here to flatten that into something easier to market. We're here to find the thread that already connects it.
That's completely fair. Just remember though that if the platform changes something and your reach disappears overnight. A website is the one channel that's actually yours, everything else is rented.
Yes, there are definitely services we refuse to offer:
❌ Social Media Post Copy
❌ Scheduling or Publishing Posts
❌ Replies to comments or DM's
❌ Social Media Customer Service
❌ Blog Writing
❌ Email Marketing
❌ Long-Form Video Editing
Most of our services are project-based, rather than ongoing contracts. If you need a speicifc project completed, you can hire us for that project without committing to a long-term arrangement.
Yes! Some projects have a nice, tidy place on the Services page. Others are.. a little weird. Custom projects are quoted based on what you need, so we'll talk through the project first in and then provide a proposal and quote.
This one depends on the service. Some projects include revisions, while others may be quoted based on the scope of the original project. We'll clarify what's included in your proposal before work begins.
Unless otherwise stated, all design services include two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions are intended for minor adjustments such as text edits, colour changes, image replacements, and layout refinements that remain within the original project scope.
Requests for additional revision rounds will be billed at the current hourly consulting rate. Requests that significantly change the original concept, project objectives, or scope of work may require a revised quote, updated timeline, or a new service agreement.
The total project value determines payment terms.
Projects under $100 require full payment before work begins.
Projects over $100 require either a 50% non-refundable down payment or an approved payment plan before work commences.
All payments can be made to KarmasPitch@gmail.com
DOWNPAYMENT
Downpayments will be charged for any services exceeding $100. All downpayments are final once work has begun. Once the total exceeds $100, clients will have 2 options: a 50% down payment or a payment plan. Initial payments are non-negotiable, and the 1st installment of payment must be received before Karma's a Pitch begins work.
Yes! Some larger projects may be eligible for a payment plan, depending on the total project cost and scope. Payment arrangements are discussed and agreed upon before work begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Smaller services and purchases may require payment in full upfront. If you're interested in a payment plan, just let us know when reaching out, and we'll let you know what options are available.
Absolutely. Your website may be finished, but that doesn't mean we're disappearing the second it goes live. Every website includes a 30-day post-launch support window for questions, concerns, and anything that isn't working the way it should.
What's included?
Fixing broken links, forms, buttons, or functionality that should have worked at launch
Addressing minor technical issues discovered after launch
Answering questions about how a specific website feature works
Troubleshooting anything that isn't behaving as expected
What's not included?
The support window isn't intended for new website work or ongoing maintenance. This includes:
Creating new pages or sections
Major edits, redesigns, or layout changes
Adding new features or functionality
New content uploads or ongoing website updates
Rewriting or substantially changing existing copy
Repeating the full website walkthrough or training
Need something beyond that? No problem. Additional website work can be quoted separately based on what you need.
Yes, Karma's a Pitch does have a Cancellation Policy!
Either the client or Karma's a Pitch may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining unpaid work, future installments, or services not yet provided will be cancelled and no longer invoiced.
Karma's a Pitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if communication becomes unreasonably delayed, required information is not provided, payments are missed, or the terms of the service agreement are not upheld.
Projects with no client communication or required feedback for 30 consecutive days may be considered abandoned and closed. Restarting an abandoned project or requests that significantly change the original scope of the project may require a revised quote, updated timeline, or a separate agreement.
No, Karma's a Pitch does not offer refunds, as per our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
Initial payments, including full payments for services under $100 and all down payments, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before completion, no further installments will be required; however, all payments received up to the cancellation date will be retained to cover work completed.
Karma's a Pitch reserves the right to cancel or terminate a project at any time. In such cases, the client will only be invoiced for work completed up to the date of termination, and any remaining balance will be waived.
